Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the use of the websites and services provided by 3DVIZAI. They apply to all of the following:
- the 3dvizai.com website, demo booking and live demo requests;
- 3DVIZAI Planner: the room planning, product placement and visualisation tool that furniture and home brands offer on their websites and in their stores, and the brand management panel;
- the AI image and video generation application at app.3dvizai.com.
By using the services you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the services. Where a separate written agreement exists between 3DVIZAI and a business customer, that agreement prevails.
1. Definitions
- 3DVIZAI, we: the operator of these services.
- User, you: the individual or legal entity using the services.
- Brand: a furniture, home or building-materials company offering its products through 3DVIZAI Planner.
- Content: 3D models, images, text, room plans and similar data uploaded or created by users.
2. Scope of Service
- With 3DVIZAI Planner you can create a room with its real dimensions in the browser, place a Brand’s catalogue products, change models and colours, save the room, share it by link or QR code, and create an order list and PDF summary.
- The AI application generates images and videos from the 3D models and images you upload.
- The services are continuously developed; features may change, be added or be removed. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
3. Product Information and Purchases
The products shown in 3DVIZAI Planner, together with their names, dimensions, colour and finish options, prices, stock and delivery information, are provided by the respective Brand, which is responsible for their accuracy. Colours, textures, lighting and scale on screen are representative and may differ from the actual product.
The basket, order list and PDF summary in Planner do not form a sales contract. The sale, payment, delivery, return and withdrawal rights for products are handled between you and the Brand under the Brand’s own terms of sale. 3DVIZAI is not a party to that sales relationship.
4. Account and Security
- The information you provide when creating an account must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all actions taken through your account.
- If you notice suspicious access to your account, report it without delay to info@3dvizai.com.
- Brand management panel accounts may be used only by people authorised by the Brand.
5. Rules of Use
When using the services you may not:
- upload or generate unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content;
- use third-party trademarks, copyrights, designs or personal data without authorisation;
- copy, reproduce or reverse engineer the services, 3DVIZAI Planner, the interface, scene and lighting settings or the software, attempt to obtain the source code, or study them to build a competing product;
- collect content with bots, scrapers or similar automated tools, overload the system or try to bypass security measures;
- use another person’s account without permission.
6. User Content
You are responsible for the content you upload and create, and you must hold the necessary rights to it. You permit your content to be processed to the extent necessary to provide the service, process and store it, and generate the outputs you request. This permission is limited to those purposes.
A room plan for which you create a share link can be viewed by anyone who has the link. You can turn sharing off and delete your saved plans at any time.
7. Brand Content
A Brand confirms that it holds the necessary rights to the product information, images, 3D models, logos and prices it uploads to the management panel, and that this information is accurate. 3DVIZAI processes this content only to provide the service and may automatically optimise 3D models so that they load quickly.
8. AI Outputs
Images and videos generated by AI are produced by probabilistic systems; they may not always be as expected, error-free, or identical to the real appearance of the products. Reviewing outputs before commercial or public use is the user’s responsibility.
9. Credits and Payments
- Some features of the AI application use credits; the credit balance is kept per account.
- Payments are taken through the Shopier payment platform; your card details are not seen or stored by 3DVIZAI.
- Trial, promotional and purchased credits may be subject to different rules.
- Fraud, misuse and system-error checks may apply to payments, refunds and promotions. Refund requests are assessed under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The rights to the software, 3DVIZAI Planner, the interface, design, scene and lighting settings, brand elements and other service components belong to 3DVIZAI or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the services under these terms. Brand content belongs to the respective Brand and user content to the respective user.
11. Suspension and Termination
Access to the services may be limited, suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these terms, a security risk, misuse or a legal obligation.
12. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DVIZAI is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, errors in information supplied by Brands, AI outputs, indirect damages or loss of profit. Liability for intent and gross negligence and consumers’ statutory rights are not affected.
13. Personal Data
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
15. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to use after publication.
